We work on two primary corridors:
- USA → Francophone Markets: We help American companies identify opportunities, understand cultural dynamics and build reliable business relationships in France, Belgium, Quebec and Francophone Africa.
- Francophone Markets → USA: We guide French-speaking companies through the realities of the US market - from initial orientation to first contacts and operational setup support.

Step 1 - Free Exploratory Call (30 minutes)
We discuss your objectives, your target market and the fit with our expertise. No commitment, no cost.
Step 2 - Mission Proposal
A clear scope, a defined deliverable and a transparent fee - agreed before any work begins.
Step 3 - Execution
Missions are conducted primarily remotely. Deliverables are provided in writing, in French or English. Regular progress updates throughout.

Fees
Business Facilitation missions are priced on a flat-fee basis, defined upfront and agreed before any work begins.
Indicative fee range: $1,500 - $4,000 per engagement, depending on scope and corridor.
Monthly retainer available for ongoing facilitation support: $800 - $1,500/month.
